MARK YOUR CALENDARS:  HAM LAKE’S FIREWORKS DISPLAY HAS A NEW DATE THIS YEAR; SATURDAY, JULY 1ST AT DUSK IN LION’S PARK!!!

 

Ham Lake’s Independence Day celebration this year will include more than fireworks. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Ham Lake Senior Center. Donors can register in advance at www.redcrossblood.org and enter the keyword Ham Lake. Walk-ins are welcome too.

 

All presenting donors will receive an “Honoring Those Who Serve” T-shirt. The Ham Lake Heart Safe Team will be there if you want to learn how to “Safe a Life.”

 

Bingo (for those 18 and older) begins at 4:00. Regular games cost $1 to play. Those who play games 8, 9, and 10 can also choose to play the coverall game, which costs $2 to play and has up to a $500 payout.

 

There will be music by the Shotgun Drama Junkies in the pavilion until the fireworks begin at dusk. Have fun celebrating your country’s birthday with a BANG!!
