Rental Facilities
Are you looking for a place to have a graduation party, family gathering, or a baby/wedding shower? The City of Ham Lake has two rental facilities just for the occasion(s). Please note smoking and alcohol are not allowed at any of our parks.

Ham Lake Park
Located at 1843 153rd Ave. NE and has an indoor building, which accommodates 40 people, and a small outdoor shelter that accommodates 45 people.
Ham Lake Park Amenities:
- picnic tables

- grills
- playground
- fishing pier and boat launch (no swimming allowed)
- ice skating rink and warming house
- 18-hole disc golf course

- gas fireplace (heated during the winter) (there is no air conditioning)

- 10 square tables with chairs
The fee schedule is as follows (all rental fees will have tax added).
Indoor Building Rental (includes the outdoor shelter and restrooms)
- Resident: $50.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Monday thru Thursday Rentals
- Resident: $100.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Friday thru Sunday Rentals
- Non-Resident: $100.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Monday thru Thursday Rentals
- Non-Resident: $175.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Friday thru Sunday Rentals
Lion’s Park
Located at 1220 157th Ave. NE and has a small outdoor shelter, which accommodates 25 people and a larger outdoor shelter, which accommodates 200 people.
Lion’s Park Amenities:

- shelter building has electrical outlets and a wash tub
The fee schedule is as follows (all rental fees will have tax added):
Large Shelter (includes the small shelter and indoor restrooms)
- Resident: $50.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Monday thru Thursday
- Resident: $100.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Friday thru Sunday
- Non-Resident: $100.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Monday thru Thursday
- Non-Resident: $175.00, plus a $150.00 deposit is required - Friday thru Sunday
