Styrofoam (block/rigid)

The Coon Rapids Recycling Center accepts block and shape Styrofoam and Styrofoam products.  Material must be white, rigid, clean, dry, and uncontaminated. Do not combine with other Styrofoam products. Remove all tape, stickers, labels, cardboard, etc. Accepted in cardboard boxes or clear plastic bags. No black plastic bags are allowed. Staff may refuse material if it doesn't meet standards. If it cannot be recycled, place it in your garbage.

Styrofoam packaging peanuts

If you are not able to reuse them, clean packing peanuts are accepted by most UPS Stores, Mail Boxes Express, and other mail service locations.
