Board Meetings

Board meetings are held once a month.

General Meetings

Six times a year, general meetings are held, with the annual voters meeting held on the second Tuesday evening in June. All meetings are scheduled and planned by the Ham Lake Senior Center Board. Check out the Ham Lake Senior Center Newsletter for times, dates, and agenda.

Monthly Newsletter

A monthly newsletter with Senior Center information is available at the Senior Center or mailed out to members of the Ham Lake Senior Center. Call the Senior Center at 763-434-0455 if you are interested in having a monthly newsletter delivered to your residence.

Other Events and Activities

The annual Ladies Christmas Tea Party, 80 and Over Party, are annual events.  Periodically, there is entertainment on special occasions. Three to four times a year, we have a DINNER THEATER. Call for dates and cost. Several outings are scheduled throughout the year, such as touring the Munsinger Gardens in St Cloud, Christmas Lights tour, Dinner Theatres, Plays, and much more.

Jam sessions, casino runs, and fundraisers.

Membership

All seniors are encouraged to support the organization with annual membership dues of $10.00 (June to June). Some of the advantages include discounts on all activities that are organized through the Ham Lake Senior Center. The membership dues help to support the Senior Center financially, and being a member gives a sense of belonging to a great organization.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities include helping within the Senior Dining Program, assembling the newsletter (maybe even writing it), periodically moving chairs, and light cleaning. The Senior Center fundraisers provide several opportunities. If you have time available, call the Senior Center at 763-434-0455.

Food Shelf

The Ham Lake Senior Center donates 300-400 pounds of food per year and provides 4 volunteers on the 5th Monday of the month to help stock and distribute the food.
